This summer, explore the city through the lens of biodiversity, innovation, heritage, and maritime culture with the Ocean Pass. This pass allows you to discover must-see places in Brest over one or two days* while enjoying unlimited access to the city’s public transport for the day.
* Pass activation working days, according to the opening hours of the sites and the transport network.
The Ocean Pass includes access to 4 must-see locations:
- Océanopolis , the national center for scientific culture dedicated to the ocean.
- The National Maritime Museum , located in Brest Castle.
- The Museum for the Ocean, 70.8, a museum for the ocean, located within the Ateliers des Capucins.
- National Botanical Conservatory of Brest, in the Stang-Alar Valley, a unique place dedicated to the preservation of endangered plants.

Step 1
You can purchase your Ocean Pass online (valid from July 4th to August 30th, 2026 inclusive). Activation will begin on the desired date of your first visit or first use for transportation.
You can also buy your Ocean Pass at 70.8, a museum for the ocean, at the Brest Tourist Office (52 rue du Château in Brest) or at the information point of the Commercial Port (quai Malbert in Brest).
Step 2
Collect your ticket at the reception desk of the location where you purchased your Pass (Océanopolis, 70.8 or Tourist Office). It is valid for 1 or 2 consecutive working days depending on the option you chose.
Step 3
Present your Ocean Pass at the entrance of each site visited.
Step 4
