TICKETING
If you have a ticket bought before the lockdown through our online ticket office, your company or one of our usual points of sale, you must reserve your time slot for entry to the park via our online ticket office. You will be asked for your ticket at the park entrance. Without the ticket you will not be able to enter Océanopolis.
If there are still places available you can book your ticket at the last moment, but be aware that the number of visitors entering the park per hour is being limited. It is therefore preferable to buy tickets well in advance.
If you bought an open ticket (undated) to come and visit Océanopolis during the lockdown and you cannot come before your ticket’s expiry date, send us a refund request with the details of your ticket(s) to the following address: billetterie@oceanopolis.com
NB: refunds can only be processed after Océanopolis’s reopening.
If you have bought an open ticket (undated), it is valid until January 3, 2021.
If you have a ticket dated between March 14, 2020 and April 30, 2020, you can come and visit Océanopolis with this ticket before January 3, 2021 (to be handed in at the cash desk on the day of your visit) or get a refund by sending an email to the following address: billetterie@oceanopolis.com
NB: refunds can only be processed after Océanopolis’s reopening.
It is no longer possible to buy a ticket at the box office at the entrance to Océanopolis as these tills have been closed. It is mandatory to reserve your ticket(s) online. Tickets are time stamped so the flow of visitors can be managed throughout the day and we can ensure your safety and maximum visiting comfort. The number of visitors per hour is being limited. The price of online adult tickets has been reduced to € 19.80.
Printing is not necessary. You can have your tickets on your Smartphone.
The hour that you choose on our online ticket office is the hour you can arrive at Océanopolis. Then, you have all the time you want to visit.
HEALTH MEASURES
Wearing a mask is compulsory for adults and children over 11 years old. If you don’t have your own masks, you can buy them at the entrance to Océanopolis.
Introducing a fixed visitor capacity means the number of people on the site has been greatly reduced. You will have room to move around while staying 1m from other visitors. We have created a one-way system in the park and pavilions to avoid as far as possible the criss-crossing of visitors. Finally, we call on your common sense and respect for everyone else in applying these preventative measures.
Sanitising gel is available at many locations around the park.
The park cleaning plan has been strengthened and all visitor areas are disinfected regularly during the day.
The touch screens are available. In order to use them, styluses are being distributed at the park’s entrance. However, we ask that all visitors use sanitising gel before and after their use. The screens are disinfected regularly. Finally, we suggest you download our free interactive tour application – My Océanopolis – on your smartphone. The app provides loads of information in order to optimise and enhance your visit.
