TICKETING

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are valid until december 2021.

Can I buy my ticket on site?

Online booking . As the number of visitors is limited to ensure everyone’s safety, we recommend that you anticipate as much as possible and book your tickets a few days before your visit. Without an online reservation, access to Océanopolis is not guaranteed.

Do I have to buy a place for my child under 3 years old?

Children under 3 are our guests and do not need entrance tickets to Océanopolis.

Do I have to print my ticket?

You do not need to print your ticket. You can present it directly on your smartphone. You will simply be asked to zoom in and turn up the brightness of your phone as much as possible.

HEALTH PROTOCOL

Do I need the health pass to visit Océanopolis ?

From July 21, to access the park and enjoy our activities, all visitors over 18 years old must present an entry ticket (online reservation required) and a valid health pass (paper or digital QR code) c that is, fulfill one of these 3 criteria:

  • Be fully vaccinated (= having received the second dose for more than 14 days or 28 days for the Janssen vaccine)
  • Present a negative PCR or antigen test of less than 72 hours when you enter the park
  • Present a certificate of recovery from Covid19 of more than 11 days and less than 6 months

If you do not have a QR code or a valid health pass, you will be refused access.

Is it compulsory to wear a mask in the park?

Wearing a mask is compulsory for adults and children over 11 years old. If you don’t have your own masks, you can buy them at the entrance to Océanopolis.

What are the health measures around the site ?

Sanitising gel is available at many locations around Océanopolis. We ask you to wash your hands regularly.

Whenever possible, you should avoid touching the panes of glass on the aquariums around the site as much as possible.

We ask you to pay by bank card, preferably contactless

You can bring your own meal and have lunch on our picnic areas.

A sense of visit has been created on the visit circuit to avoid crossings. No paper map is distributed, you will need to download the visit application to find the Oceanopolis map.

CATERING

Can I eat on site?

Catering is open depending on the season and the government measures. This measures can change regurlarly. If needed, please contact us.

You can bring your own meal and have lunch on our picnic areas.

Please note that knifes are forbiden.

SHOPPING

Is the shop open ?

Our shop is open. The number of people in the shop is limited. We ask you to pay by bank card, preferably contactless.
